James went to the Canvas org holiday party to network. I went to bright horizon to pick up the girls by myself. Teacher told me Ella had a tough morning. Even though the girls were in the same class this day. Teacher reported Ella wanted to wipe her nose. When teacher checked, she had stuck a ball of paper up her nose and teacher couldn't get it out. They encouraged her to blow, and finally she blew out two balls.

The girls potties and went to the car smoothly. They chatted with each other what McQueen and Jackson would do at microsoft. We were stuck on 40th for about 20 minutes. Finally arrived at building 36. 

We went to 2nd floor where I stocked the food in the fridge. The girls lingered by the area by the elevator. They amused themselves with the poster of a shark catching up to a man (dev who made mistake?). Mimi got grumpy and threw her socks and shoes in the compost bin. I didn't notice she was angry while I was preparing food. Once I got to her she seemed ok. And asked me to clean the shoes so she could wear them. She spoke with cute sobby face, with bottom lip curled in, and cute small voice. I asked her to not throw into the can if she felt angry, put beside the can instead. She nodded hard and said 好的 with cute curled lips.

I first offered avocado, which Mimi happily accepted. She tried to spoon it but pieces kept flying out. She whined pitifully, and agreed I should cut it. She finished her half in about 4 gulps. Ella ate a little then stopped. I asked her to eat one big bite so she could move onto yogurt. I spooned one spoonful of avocado. She whined it was too big. I asked her to eat three small spoonfuls on her own. She did slowly. I gave the girls mixed yogurt. They ate a lot before declaring they were done. Mimi first then Ella.

While I cleaned up the girls went wild and started walking out of my eyesight. Mimi disappeared first. I asked Ella to get her to come back for dessert. They disappeared for a bit, then ran back together, reported 我们和别人打招呼了. 

The girls shared the 85c buns they picked from the LA trip. Ella started thanking Mimi for picking egg tart (it was a cheese tart). And Mimi thanked Ella for picking the most delicious chocolate bun. 

After eating I got notebooks for the girls to draw in. They had a lot of fun. Including Mimi's awesome penguin. And Ella asking Mimi to make her drawing shiny and gifting to her. And Mimi frantically colored yellow all over her drawings to make them shiny. And Ella asking Mimi to write 'ella' on the drawings. Mimi wrote backwards EAAE. And Ella said it wasn't her name, her name had 两个7 in it.

It was 8 and I set a timer to leave. When the timer went off Mimi didn't want to go. When I pressed her to clean up she threw paper on the ground. I picked up the papers and put them on the table. Mimi swept them off again. I informed her if she didn't want her drawings I'd recycle them, and I put them in the recycle. I saved Ella's drawings in my bag. Mimi angrily walked away. Someone was walking down the hall, Mimi waved to him, and continued down the hall and out of my eyesight. Ella helped me clean up and I went to get Mimi. Only to find Mimi coming back the other way. I speed up to catch her. Ella got to her first, and tried to hug her back to the table. Mimi refused and it ended up with Ella pulling Mimi's collar and dragging her towards the table. I broke them up and thanked Ella. Ella looked distressed and repeatedly whined Mimi不想跟我们走。Mimi started taking off her clothes. I figured I could give her more time to calm down and left her. In hindsight I should have stepped in earlier. Mimi seemed to need outside force to help her start calming down.

A naked Mimi walked up and down the hall. I got some post its to mark the leftover food as save. Ella helped me paste the post its. We came back to the table. Ella said Mimi把衣服扔进垃圾箱了。I found her outer clothes in the trash. Luckily they were on top of cleaner stuff I just threw in. Her inner clothes were still laid on the ground. I packed them all in my bag. Mimi slapped water someone else left on the table, pulled down a chair, screamed and rammed it into the coffee machine. I gave Ella wang dui to watch, and took Mimi into the bathroom. Mimi cried and was a straight limp girl, I put her on the bench in the bathroom. I got her a piece of tissue, she angrily opened a bathroom door and threw it into the toilet. I gave her another piece of paper, and she angrily threw it in the trash. She repeated a couple times. She then torn the paper from the machine herself. The machine spit out another piece. She angrily torn it. The machine spit out another piece. She angrily torn it. The machine spit out another piece. She moved to tear it, then doubled back into the bathroom, threw the 3 pieces in the toilet. It triggers the bathroom to flush for a long time. Mimi stood stationary listening. After it was done. She torn another piece of paper, walked to me, cried 我要小海豹。I kneeled down, she walked into my arms. I lifted her up and asked if she wanted clothes. She said 是的. I put on her inner clothes. Showed her a coffee stain on her outer clothes and informed her it was dirty and I wasn't sure if she could wear it in the car seat. She sobbed 我要你拿回家把它洗干净。I cleaned it with towel and it was reasonably clean. I put clothes on her. She walked to Ella and went on the couch. Ella asked 你已经不生气了吗。Mimi said 我已经不生气了。我生气完了。The girls finished the episode. 

Mimi came down the couch and said 妈妈我还想再画画。I agreed and gave them 5 minutes. The girls drew. And cleaned up when alarm sounded. 

We came home. I stocked my stuff and warmed the house. I got the girls inside. I went to stock more stuff. Suddenly I had to poop really bad. I rushed downstairs, found Mimi on the toilet. She pooped a little. Asked 我吃了很多蔬菜为什么还疼呢。I promised to give her more vegetables. I wiped her, sat down, and exploded. Mimi came in, I don't know why she came back, but I was in a hurry and asked her if she could get me the android pad. She went out, returned and said she couldn't find it. I said it was on my computer table and to get on my chair to see it. After a little bit she returned with the pad and presented to me with both hands. I thanked her a lot. She said 因为你需要西瓜熊么。I said I was looking for something different. She left to wild with Ella. 

(The next Monday after pooping Mimi exclaimed 我的屁股不疼了！I asked if she ate veggies at bright horizons. She said she ate green things. Her sheet said pesto noodles and vegetables. )

The girls cleaned up and went upstairs. They each picked a my hero song. I tucked Ella in. She said 爸爸在哪里。我想脸蛋儿他。It was 10.10. The girls fell asleep immediately.
