The girls helped ba ba sweep. The tools were hard to maneuver. Xiao E slouch troll walked, Mimi had trouble moving the rake on the pavement. They were offered branches. They discarded the branches and picked up the tools. Ba ba finished sweeping, the tools were confiscated with a promise for bubbles. Ma ma put the tools away. Mimi followed. Ma ma came out, xiao E was at the door under the ledge where bubbles rested, expectantly "en"'ed at ma ma. When xiao E was playing, if gor gor stared at her, she would say "ella 在做什么?". When the adults asked Mimi to do something, she would say "No!", stare at the adult, then say "为什么no ah?". When the girls see gor gor, they would say "gor gor 摁摁". I invited the girls to shower with me in the morning. They requested the qtips to play with. I gave it to them and showered. They played in the bathroom, making unknown things with the qtips and very spirited. When I came out, they were throwing the qtips under the sink cupboard, yelled "把他放在旁边。" Neither would answer me what they were putting on the side. Mimi wanted the turtle during bath. Ella got some fish. After bath when I was sitting outside, I heard Mimi say "我的乌龟被姐姐拿走了。" I gave Ella the poof fish in exchange for turtle. Ella accepted the poof fish, handed turtle back to Mimi, said "乌龟给你。我不小心抢走的。" Ella chased me with a mat, wanted to put it on me, said "今天有点儿太冷了。妈妈给你穿上。" I ignored her and walked around, she chased me around telling me it was cold, always 有点儿太冷了。 We went to Lily's for dinner. spring-summer/2018

A new bubble tea shop opened in downtown Bellevue, we went to visit. I told the girls the shop sold 鸡蛋仔. As soon as we went into the shop, the girls murmured "鸡蛋仔在哪里" nonstop. The questioning got louder after we paid, the girls yelled "鸡蛋仔在哪里" while we walked through all the tables until we found an open one at the end. The whole shop turned to look at them, there were lots of awwwws. The first time we visited Qiben's place, the girls were offered some Velcro veggies to cut. After a bit, Ella sounded whimpers. GuoQing shu shu asked jer what was wrong, she said "刀没了" in the whiniest voice. Shu shu quickly found a knife for her. She took a piece of fruit, pushed hard and cut it open. She straightened her back, tilted her head up, held the knife tightly in her hand and the other fist raised on her side, said crisply "HA HA HA HA HA". She cut another piece and HA'ed again.
