When I came down in the morning Mimi ran to me and yelled "爸爸给我糖吃了。" Apparently ba ba caught her pooping and placed her on the toilet, then gave her a candy. Mimi was so proud and ran around telling me about the candy. I asked her why she received candy. She said 爸爸听到水声了。 Ba ba said it was only poop.
Before nap, Ella wanted to take off her shirt, so I did. She said was was bai long ma, and started crawling up the stairs. I put the shirt on her back for fun, then took it off. She stopped moving, then said "我要把衣服披上。" I put the shirt on her back, she started crawling upstairs again. I tied the shirt sleeves around her neck, she said something about 披上。 And gladly moved around with her shirt cape.
Lao lao brought up a sensitive mimi. The girls went into bed. Lao lao said she'll go protect the fridge food and had to go. She enumerated the contents of the fridge including crispy apples. Ella shot up in bed said "我要脆苹果。" I said she can have it after she gets up. She said "我要脆苹果陪我睡觉。" I got an apple. She grabbed it and looked at it, said "这个苹果还没熟。" And slowly went down into bed. She shot up again, said "我要照一下苹果。" And held it up towards the door. I asked her to come back soon, she said "我不会很久的。" She tumbled to the door, held the apple high up in the hall way light, said "他很红。" Then tumbled back into bed. I left her murmuring something about "再等几年他就会变黄了。"
