In the morning I heard lao lao and the girls from their bedroom. After I cleaned up, I found two girls with bananas in hand, wild hair, chomping and tumbling around the kitchen island. We had some chats about not going to daycare. Mimi pulled on the banana and said "我的香蕉出不来了。" I helped her peel the skin, it was a young banana with thick skin. She ate a little, then said "我要不甜的饼干。" While pointing on the counter. Mimi had been asking us shyly "要甜的东西" yesterday, while ba ba and I promised sweets after milk the next day. I lifted her up, she looked and said "没了。" She was possibly looking for some salty crackers that we had. She looked a little more and grabbed a yue bing bag, spilling the two yue bing wedges, excitedly said "月饼！月饼是我的！" I put her down, put the yue bing box with the wedges on the kitchen counter, and put away the other yue bing in the cabinet keep in the back. I informed them after milk they can eat yue bing. The girls whined for yue bing, Mimi bounced left and right and flapped their arms, Ella swung her arms wildly in circles around her body. I took the box and put it in my lunch bag, said since they couldn't finish their milk it was my work snack, because I finished my milk. Mimi pointed at her table, more like pushing her finger inside the table, burstly said "妈妈放回来。那是我们的桌子的。" I put the yue bing back on the kitchen counter, while Mimi yelled "那不是公司的！那是妈\/妈/爸\/爸/Mi\/mi/E\/lla/的。" I asked if they'd like to drink milk again, Mimi took a huge gulp, then stared at the yue bing. She took some steps to wonder around, then said "我要peanut butter".
Ba ba offered to make a peanut butter banana bread with the leftover banana. He made one for himself, another one cut in half, one half for me, and one half offered to Ella. Ella accepted it, Mimi wailed she only wanted peanut butter. Said "peanut butter" in the cutest voice. Ba ba instructed bread Ella to go back to the table to eat, Ella said "嗯。。。我臭。所以我只能站着了。" She was instructed to stand beside the table and did so. I gave Mimi a cup of peanut butter, she reminded me she needed a spoon, I gave her a little spoon, she happily took it to the table and ate. I did the girls hair and we got ready to head out to work. I took the half bread ba ba made, said bye to the girls. Ella said "我会想念你的。" While giving me a brief glance. Mimi ran to me and said "我要面包。" I gave my half bread to Mimi, she chomped and went back to the table.
At dinner I brought out the yi camera to record the girls cute eating. Last time I put the yi on a chair on the school box lunch box to get a good angle, Ella accused the camera of stealing the bag for a while. Today I just got the chair out and put in front of the girls, Ella walked to me with cern face and wiggled her finger rigidly at me, said sternly "不要放在我的包包上呦。" I agreed.
We read four books tonight. When we were on the 4th, the tiny creatures book, we got to the page where there was a table of food and stuff and a cat in a bowl on the corner. Mimi started accusing the cat for being bad. I asked her what bad things did the cat do. She said "他做了狗的坏事。" She then enumerated the food the cat stole from the table, then enumerated the plates and forks and tableware the cat threw, even "把盐撒到地上", then "他把瓶子poo到地上。应(扔)到大便里了。" Ella also joined in and accused the 框里猫 of many bad behaviors.
The girls had a reluctant bed time routine. We left and Ella cry kicked the door. I went back to the room and hugged her, she calmed down very fast. She walked to her bed, said with stutter, but good grammer "妈妈你睡客人的床。客人不在了你可以睡客人的床了。你在客人的床上睡几天再会你的大床上吧。" I asked if it was bill uncle wo left. Ella sadi "那个阿姨去Michigan了。那两个客人去工作了。那两个客人都不在了。妈妈你睡客人的床。" She was so cute I promised to lay on the bed for two minutes. The girls hurried and laid down, said something along the lines of if we don't lay down ma ma guest will leave. Ella laid on bed, said "我们是小客人。妈妈是大客人。如果大客人去大房间的话小客人会伤心的。" Mimi leaned over and gave me a sweet little kiss, said cutely "妈妈你好可爱。" She kept rubbing my head and murmuring about things, like hai bao have a mouth and can use it to eat and talk, and her bed is smaller than Ella's, but Ella's bed isn't big because 她还没长大呢。I got up to go, Mimi pushed on my head, said "妈妈你躺下。躺下。" Cutely and burstly. Ella had long gone silent, not sure if asleep. After laying a bit more I got up to go. Mimi sat up and asked 妈妈客人 to come back to bed. I said I'll check on ba ba ke ren. Mimi said "好的。" I waited to see her lay down, and left. No more sounds.
