4 year old Mimi is a proud Mimi. When you accomplish something, you skip around the room. (Like riding a horse, one leg in the front, one leg in the back, never crossing each other, shuffles in one direction until hitting a wall, then turn around and do it the other way)  Things you're proud of:  Being 4 years old. When I praise you, for good counting, good cleaning, or good reading, you'd proudly say 'because I'm 4 years old already'.  You identify with being a helper. Once after you helped me feed Frank, I called you 'little helper for feeding dog'. The next day when I was standing by Frank's food, you bounced to me and said 'mama I really like it when you call me little helper for feeding dogs'. You've been feeding Frank since.  One night you and Ella both wanted to take a toy rider upstairs to bed. You picked the metal cart, Ella picked the lady bug. Ella took hers up one step, and started to whine to me (cutely with squeaky voice) 'I...

4 year old Ella is a straight shooter. Once you wanted to take soft soft (flannel pajamas) with you to bed, but your hands were too full with other stuff, that you were also taking to bed. You looked at me, barked 'carry them for me'. Turned and led the way.  Once you went to bed without your soft soft, when I reminded you, you turned around on the stairs (arms full of toys), closed your eyes, leaned back, wailed with your high clear voice 'meeemeowwmaameow', looked at me, barked 'Carry them for me!" As I was picking them up, you noticed Mimi coming upstairs with a basket. You pointed at the basket, barked 'put them inside!' Mimi happily said 'oh I help you carry upstairs'. I put the pajamas in, and Mimi carried them up.  Once you ordered me to sing twinkle twinkle little star with you. After we sang a verse, you said 'hmm we need to sing by the blinds'. We went to the blinds and sang a few verses, then you said 'hmm we have to look ...

Mimi: I call lotion protection sauce (保护酱) After explaining to them the difference between lotion and soap. Mimi said this.  Ella: baba made me mad because he said Saturn has no ball. There's only a ring, the ball disappeared.

Ella typed half of age of 8s. Said it was her record from birth to death. I noticed there was an '0.' in the middle of all the 8s. I asked what it was. She said it was a that day we went to mud bay. (We went to blackie spit today and mentioned mud bay a few times) I found my earbud cushion missing. I angrily asked the girls who did it. They were doing their night play happily in their room. Ella said quietly '是我sorry妈妈'. I was very angry and asked her to find it or get slapped. After looking for it for a bit. She said '我可以忍受疼'. I looked at her, she raised her hand for me to slap. I put each side of the earbud on her, and asked which side feels off. She said the side without cushion isn't as comfortable. I gave her a big hug and said I forgive her, but please try to remember she put the cushion. She ran around the room and looked more. Said she was timing out when she took the cushion.
