I got out of the bathroom I the morning. Holding blue blanket and my socks in hand. I walked in the kitchen and saw the girls yellow cardigan hanging on their two water bottles. I took it and went to the play room. Ella came at me, frowning, said "蓝的是孙悟空的。" I gave her the socks, not thinking much. She looked at them, then gave them back to me, said "这个是妈妈的。" I took it and about to walk away to put away the yellow cardigan. Ella urgently said "那个黄的是孙悟空的东西。" I gave her the cardigan. Since it was a part of her costume outfit. Ella said "那是孙悟空的笔健。" I asked her what bi Juan was. She repeated again. I turned to walk away again and ella said "蓝的是孙悟空的东西 。" I realized she was asking for the blanket and gave it to her. She grabbed it and held with the cardigan tight and shuffled around.

Mimi was telling me about her fallen teeth, and finding "闪亮的金币。" ella went out of the play room and shut the door. She then knocked and knocked, whe mimi was delivering her narrative. After mimi was finished with her story, she puttered a little bit, then said "嗯，是谁在敲门。唐三藏赶紧把门打开。" while she opened the door. Then said "欸。孙悟空不在。唐三藏很不高兴。孙悟空被妖魔鬼怪打走了。"

I took them to shower, I asked if they'd like spray or swim, they both said "要游。" On the first swim, Ella whined, I said if she doesn't like it we could spray. Ella immediately calmly said "Ella不哭了。Ella哭闹的话会被冲。Ella如果被冲会哭的。" I accidentally splashed some water on her face, she was shocked, but didn't cry. I wiped her face, rinsed her hair, and let her sit up. Mimi started calling herself 鸭子, called me "松鼠因为你可以搅拌", and Ella 猫。The girls sat together under the faucet play making 南瓜汤。I lifted Ella and put her down at the other end of the bathtub for rinse. Mimi yelled "Ella猫。我的Ella猫。我的好朋友没了。我好想念我的好朋友" She called for "Ella猫" until I put Ella back. Ba ba came in after rinse, and asked if we needed help. Mimi said "不要不要不要不要不要" until ba ba left. We did last rinse, when I rinsed Mimi, Ella said "Mimi不要哭闹哟。哭闹我们会冲哟。"

We had some snack after shower, then the sun came up. I asked if the girls would like to go out to play, then both rejected, Ella said "我要在家里晒太阳。" I put on my shoes and went outside, Ella immediately whined and demanded to put on shoes, we did and went out. After a bit I saw a bare foot Mimi appear on the door step, I put shoes on her and we started playing. I offered them some yard work tools, Ella took the broom and Mimi took the rake. Mimi would rake a little bit of leaf, then go off and find a little branch, which she claimed was "我挖的宝藏。" Even if the branch she found a few feet from her leaf pile. One of the branches split in two with many small branches, Mimi gave it to me said "看我的宝藏。这是鹿宝藏。" I asked her why deer, she said "这是鹿的角。" I thought it was very cute and I took a video, in the middle she said something along the lines of 姐姐宝藏去旅行了。I noticed Ella really wondered away, so we finished the video and went to follow her. Mimi dragged her rake along, "La la la"'ed all the way, quickly passed Ella, then she suddenly turned, pointed at Ella, said "你忘了你的耙子。" Ella said "哦。我的小扫帚。" And ran back to the yard, and dragged back the broom. 

We arrived at two neighbours to the left, the one with the hanging ghost where we played for a long time Thursday night. Mimi dropped her rake, took a few steps up the driveway, said "小白怪物呢。" I said it probably was cleaned away. Mimi said "小白怪物被收拾走了。小龙也憋了。我们好孤单。好孤单。好孤单。" 

We wondered a little at Tony's yard, the girls murmuring about "小龙没了。" Mimi then said "我要去看飞猴子怪物。" It was a halloween decoration from Tony's cross the street neighbour, I only referred it as 飞猴子怪物 once two weeks ago. I said lets hold hands and cross the street to see the 飞猴子怪物, Mimi said "我不要飞猴子怪物。我要看小白怪物。" There were many halloween decorations in that neighbour's yard. Mimi didn't hold my hand at all, just trotted all the way across. Ella waited at the cross walk and looked at us the whole way. I went back for her and she held my hand. Her broom caught grooves a few times getting off the curb, she diligently lifted and took it across.

The girls really liked the cat decoration, both pretend lifted it up and took it with them. They had stories where they were cat's mom, dad, and teacher, going to work, going to daycare, and going home. One time Mimi was taking the cat across the street, she said "我们要看左边", she froze, crunched down, legs bent, looked left for a good 5 seconds, then "我们看右边" a fraction of a second, and ran away, fortunately not across the street. Ella came to me once with empty palms up, said "给你妈妈司机。" I pinched and ate, thinking it's fake food as usual. Ella said calmly "司机这是猫。吐出来。" I spit it out. Ella put a hand on top, said "摸。摸。因为他是很软的。"

On the way back the Japanese neighbour gave us a pack of 4 beautiful animal cookies, with the most realiastic animal shapes. Her daughter brought it from Japan she said. The girls were so excited and yelled about eating it. We came home and the girls happily ate them, then asked for more crackers. Ba ba gave them some honey graham crackers. They wanted even more. I gave them some 蛋黄酥。 I went to the computer room to sort mail. Mimi came to me after finishing. I went to the kitchen with her, pretend to see if there's any 蛋黄酥 left. Mimi lifted her legs high left and right, happily bounced while waiting. I asked if she'd like some bread. She paused briefly, they bounced again and happily said "不可以。可以吃鸡蛋饼干。甜甜的鸡蛋饼干。" I asked her if the egg crackers were a little salty. She said "甜甜的鸡蛋饼干。" I gave her another. Ella still had more than half left, she lifted her right hand and gestured me to give her one. I asked her to finish hers fist, she said "我的这只手喜欢鸡蛋饼干。"

The girls had some more crackers, then rushed to the computer room and started flipping through my sorted mail. Mimi started folding some papers, said "我们在做手工呢。" Ella crumbled some papers. Mimi folded one piece really nicely in almost half, then in almost half again, and said "海豹要换尿布。"

Mimi ran around the room, repeated "我们玩儿来跑去。玩儿来跑去。" After a bit she got the face mask Elena got me, went to the stairs and sat horizontal on one stair, put the plastic circle in her mouth, said "Mimi鸡会鸡棚里挤applesauce."

While the girls were distracted by the applesauce, I went to recycle mail. When I came back, Ella got out a diaper box, and is throwing diapers out of it. I talked with James a little about where to go next, then turned and saw Ella sitting in the diaper box, with one side pulled up, only her eyes out, looking at us. I went to her, she said "我在洗澡。"

The girls played a little more, then hesitantly started heading to the garage. They both got a diaper and their respective 海豹 and 毛虫。 Ella wrapped her 毛虫 super tightly in the diaper, and hugged it close to her body. She attempted to climb up the seat still holding the 毛虫, finally dropped it, she cried "毛虫掉了！" I promised to protect her 毛虫, and she succeeded in getting into the car seat. I put the seat belt on her, she cerned and said "请不要邦我的毛虫。" I explained I was banging her, she seemed to accept. The girls fell asleep immediately after we started driving. 

We drove to a park in Bothell. We took a detour to check out the town of Bothell, only realizing that Bothell downtown was a minute of driving, then immediately a long rode without uturn. We drove for another 25 minutes to loop back. While we were looping, it started raining, we considered whether to leave, but back at the park we had drove out of the rain. 

I ate a Kitkat before waking the girls. The girls woke up happy, Mimi asked to come out and Ella extended her hands smiling. I unbuckled Ella, Ella said "这是什么味道。" I asked what did she smell. She happily said "我闻到了蛋糕的味道。"

There was a big puddle on the walk way. Mimi followed up to walk around it. Ella stared at it. Then came and took my hand and walked around it. She said "如果要踩这个水坑的话。。" She paused, I thought she was going to saying she needed to wear boots, which was what we always said, and she was wearing boots. Ella continued "要穿泳裤。"

We watched drift wood and whirpools for a while. While we were heading away, Ella pointed at a picnic table and said "我们可以在这里野餐吗。" I said we had food in the car. She cerned, and said "但是不在这个桌子上。Ahhhhh. Ella饿了。" She still walked forward when I beckoned. 

We encountered another puddle. Ella again stared while mimi walked around with me. Mimi looked at Ella, said "不能不能。回我们草地。"

We walked to the field. It was flooded from the river. We tried to explain, the girls looked bewildered. Ella spotted a dog running on the field, said "我要摸它。" She and Mimi ran towards the dog. The owner was just walking towards us too and let us pet the 3 month old puppy. The puppy was very excited and bit 海豹's tail. Mimi stood there looking at her hai bao up and down for a looong time. Ella happily pet the puppy from different angles, dodging the puppy's lunges. Mimi gave hai bao to ba ba, said "海豹不能走路了。" And started to walk away. Ba ba asked if Mimi would like to pet the puppy. Mimi came back and pet the puppy from different angles, dodging the puppy's lunges. 

It started raining now and we headed away. Ella asked to be put on hat, then asked to "要妈妈抱在怀里。" Mimi rejected putting on hat or being carried by ba ba, or hai bao. She slowly shuffled behind us. Finally agreeing to ride on ba ba's shoulder. There were some berries along the walk and Mimi asked for them. Ba ba stopped to pick one, I commented that it looked steep pass a the tree. Mimi said "不要了不要了爸爸我们走了。"

Into the car, Mimi started calling "妈妈来这里。" Ella started crying, saying things about "Mimi坐在了我的位子上。" I finished the other half of kitkat and crawled to the backseat. Ella smiled, still with tears on her cheeks, said "我闻到了蛋糕的味道。" We had some conversations about apple. She then pointed at Mimi's coat, whined "为什么我的衣服在哪里。Mimi抢走了我的位子。" And started crying again. I gave her the coat, she seemed happy and held it on her lap. I was sure everytime we caught lao lao with the girls outside, Mimi worn the coat. 

We went to RTC. Out of the car we saw a big rainbow. The girls were excited. Ella especially, wanted me to lift her to see, although it's the same view. I beckoned her to come to the elevator where Mimi and ba ba had already gone, saying there will be rainbow there too. We walked 10 steps and turned, and found the rainbow had disappeared. Ella was confused, I distracted her by asking her to push the elevator button. 

Once downstairs the girls dabbled at the fountain again, but was good with avoiding splash. We went for trampoline again. Mimi couldn't wait for Ella to finish and get on the trampoline. But once she jumped for a bit, and noticed Ella had ran away, she asked for "姐姐呢" a few times while coming to the door, then "我要下来。" I got her out and she ran to Ella, who was running in the rain. It was raining very hard and the girls soon were soaked. We distracted the girls with a small puddle that formed under the circle roof. They soon discovered the puddle came from bigger puddle down the line from the open area, and went for it to splash. The girls were soaked and the rain had stopped by now.

Mimi noticed a little petal in the small puddle area, she bend down 90 degrees and looked at it intensely. Ella came and joined her. Mimi said "花谢了。" Ella ran away. Mimi looked at the petal a little more, then looked around, yelled "姐姐！姐姐！" Ella ran back, said to Mimi "你要去大泥坑里跳来跳去吗。" Mimi said "不要了。我累了。我在小泥坑里休息一下。" Ella ran away. Mimi yelled "姐姐！姐姐！" again. Ella ignored her, playing in the puddle. Mimi ran and joined her. 

We stopped by the fire pit to get some warmth. The girls only stayed a little, then ran away to the umbrella stands to stump puddles. A grandparents came to ask for direction to 洞庭春 and James went to show them the way. We suspected it was 小古子's grand parents from the one time we saw the grandpa carrying him at the library.  

We walked back to the car. Mimi stopped and pointed at the sky, said "看！那个蓝蓝的是什么。" The patch of sky out of the white clouds were very blue, I said it was sky. Mimi said "不是！是蓝蓝的小彩虹。" She then turned and pointed at another patch of sky, said "还有红红的小彩虹。"

At the car Ella urgnetly asked to take off her pants. I took off her suspender straps, then attempted to lift her in the car seat, she sturggled, whined "我不要我的湿裤子。" I explained I'll take it off in the seat. She let me put her in the seat, and we took off the pants. Then she pulled at her diaper, said "我不要这个新衣服。" I explained she can't pee on the seat, and gave her the hands blanket. She whined "我的毛虫尿布没了。" I found the diaper she carried with 毛虫 and gave to her. Mimi then whined about her diaper and I got it for her. When we got home, ba ba saw Mimi holding a diaper, stated some curse words, then found out it was just extra diaper. 

We turned at our house. The girls suddenly started yelling "骷髅没了。我们的骷髅朋友呢。" The neighbour had taken down the decoration while we were out. I remember seeing him cleaning the yard decorations while we drove out. I informed the girls halloween was over, they'll come back next year. Ella murmured something like "明年万圣节我们会想念你的。"

I asked Ella to help me push the button to close the garage door. She stabbed it a few times, but in wrong spots. She said "哦。这个有点儿坏了。" I asked her to try again and she got it in another few tires. 

While walking through the laundry room Ella's diaper fell, she 哦'ed. I threw the diaper in the trash and hurried her to the changing table. I was changing her when we heard something rolling on the ground, I asked if ba ba dropped a potato. Mimi ran to the kitchen, said "wee woo wee woo 土豆叽里咕噜。" I don't know if she helped ba ba. She came back walking bowl legged, said "Mimi 尿了。"

It was Mimi's turn to change diaper and I gave her the pad, it was playing an episode of 米粒儿老师。 Mimi said "我要看日和月的那个。我有点想念日和月。" I found that episode for her. 

I brought the wet laundry to the girls, I asked them to touch them, the girls looked bewildered. I asked if they could help me put them in the laundry. Ella grabbed them all and walked with me to the laundry room. We put them in the washer. Mimi came in too, and I asked her if she'd like to put in the rest, she went to grab them, then let go of her hands, said "脏。" I asked her if she'd like to put them in, she said "不要了。" Ella put in the rest. 

James took out the first batch of broccoli. I went to snack and chatted with him. After a while, an Ella appeared, she said "我要吃菜花。" We asked her where was cai hua. She started trying to get the tray on the kitchen counter. We quickly gave her a plate. Mimi also came and said "我要大便吃菜花。" Ba ba smelled and declared he would change Mimi. I asked Ella how she knew there was cai hua, she said "我闻到了菜花。" I'm not sure if she really did or ba ba and I surprise commented she smelt it. 

Mimi asked for peanut butter. I gave her a cup. Then Ella asked for peanut butter too, and I gave her a cup. They ate with their fingers, both finished and got a refill. While I refilled Ella's she kissed my leg happily. I asked her to be careful of her peanut butter hands. She said "我没有用我的脏手。我用我的嘴。" I looked and her peanut butter kisses has got peanut butter on my pants. I gave her a piece of tissue to wipe, she wiped her mouth vigorously. I asked if she could wipe my pants too, she wiped it vigorously. 

I washed Mimi's hands. She swung her hands everywhere, refused to rub or let me help. I finally got her to rub a little, she got some suds and was super excited by the "小泡泡。" She then started swinging hands again. I stated if she doesn't wash her hands I'll hit her. She continued fake rubbing. I wiped my hand, asked her where I should hit her, she immediately put her hands under the faucet, said "我要洗手。" I helped her rub, she took her hands back, looked at me, said "妈妈我不会做坏事的。"

Mimi wanted milk and I gave her a cup. She ran away by the time milk was heated. The girls both came into the kitchen later and both attempted to get the milk, then took their hands back. When I was heating the milk I asked Mimi which color cup she wanted and she picked yellow. Maybe she remember, Mimi claimed the cup. Ella whined then politely asked for a cup and I got her one too. The girls carried the milk with them and played. The bottled fell a few times. I got the girls back in the kitchen. Mimi sat at the table, and on the way to wiggle haibao on the table also, bumped the milk bottle, it fell on the floor and the lid opened. I soaked up with the microfiber cloth the girls were playing with. Mimi started saying "妈妈你偷了我的。" I knew she liked the blue clothes, but it was a cleaning tool. She kept saying "妈妈你偷了我的。" I asked her who made a mess, she said "是我的大脏乱。" I asked her if it was her mess her cloth will clean it up. She got down from the chair and walked away. I told her the mess was ok as long as we clean it up. She waddled away without looking back. After cleaning she came to me and asked for milk, I gave her and Ella's remains and she finished. 

Mimi saw me eating potato and asked for it. I gave her a plate, she pulled one slice up and ate it. Ella also wanted. The girls played and ate. Ella was finished and I asked to wash her hand. She would follow me, then ran away after a few steps. After a couple times she ran all the way around the dining tables, grabbed ba ba's Jeans with her oily hands, and ran to me, I hit her on the head. Ba ba came and yelled at me for hitting Ella. I took Ella to hand wash and she continued to evade me, after multiple warnings I hit her on the head. Ba ba came and yelled at me for hitting Ella. Ba ba asked if I needed a timeout, I said I was ok. I washed Ella and went to do dishes, getting madder and madder at James only choosing to appear to yell at me in front of the girls, and there was no way I could have knew they were going to misbehave, and slapped the dish washer. James came to check and I let him know, then decided he could take care of the evening. Ella came to drag me to play, I told her I promised ba ba I'll time out like he asked, and he'll take care of things, and went to the bathroom to read.

I heard Ella cry yelling 我要妈妈。 Ba ba played music videos and Ella's cries went away. After a while I heard ba ba calling the girls to go to their room and Ella rejecting. Ba ba came and asked if I'd like to get Ella. I came out of the bathroom, Mimi saw me and bounced and said "妈妈和我们一起睡。妈妈来吧。" I said I'll go get Ella first. Mimi said "好的。我在这里等你。" And ran into the room. I went downstairs and Ella came for me, she grabbed my hand, said "我是喜欢妈妈的人。我是喜欢妈妈的人。" repeatedly. So touched, I put my other hand on her hand. She took her hand back, said "我不要两只手。" She got one of my hand, said "我要一只手。" We went upstairs. Both girls wanted me to tuck them in, I tucked and kissed and they kissed me. Mimi cutely asked me to "跟我一起睡。你可以睡在大床上". Ba ba and I gave her some comforting words, she chuckled and laid down and we left.
